How often do you see brokers in a week?
I am a desk based Relationship Manager so I am on the phone and email all day. 

What do brokers want most from you?
For me to be available; providing them with prompt responses to different scenarios they may face. 

What is your favourite part of the job?
Helping brokers place a deal that they thought wasn’t possible.
What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?
They understand their customer’s objectives and are open to alternative solutions when required.
Describe your ideal weekend:
Being out and about in summer with friends, perhaps discovering somewhere new for lunch and enjoying good food, good company and lots of laughter.
What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?
I have two standouts - funds to complete from the sale of a doll collection and a refinance of 30 credit cards.
How do you like your steak done?
I’m vegetarian!
