How often do you see brokers in a week?
My goal is 15 meetings per week.

What do brokers want most from you?
Reliability… Doing what you say you will do. I make sure I get back to them ASAP whether it’s by phone, text or email.

What is your favourite part of the job?
Leaning about the brokers both on a personal and business level. It helps me build strong relationships and thus helps me serve them and their clients better.

What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?
The best brokers are the ones who know how to package and submit a good deal and always has the clients best interest front of mind.

Describe your ideal weekend
My ideal weekend is spending time with my fiancé and 3-year-old daughter. Nothing better than quality family time.

What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?
After all these years, I can’t say I’ve ever had a strange lending scenario that comes to mind. I’ve been very lucky!

How do you like your steak done?
Medium, with a nice mushroom sauce and a side of really unhealthy fries.

Every Wednesday we’ll feature a different BDM from across Australia. If you’d like to be included, please email the editor.
