85 year old grandparents need to sell their home they own outright to buy a small unit closer to family I'm not aware of my grandparent financial position I believe they have soon money put away but what I'm not sure... Is it possible for them to get a bridging loan on their own or will my mother who works full time need to help with it. I'm not up on the loan terms so don't worry too much about 85%LVR the unit we are looking at is $259. 000
