Lenders Wanted

NSW, $1M, Investment, Purchase, Full-doc, 100% LVR

Have a client earning above 500k and his partner over 100k looking at buying an investment property. They have well over 1 million in equity and are looking at borrowing the whole amount. Can they do this by providing security of other assests up to 200k and avoid LMI

    Yes as long as the $200K is equity in property as well, this will avoid LMI

    Just did a similar one at 80% @ 4.58% var and lower fixed portion (no LMI) - cost the client $250 - as per Steve's query what is the other 20% ?\
