VIC, $416K, Owner occupied, Purchase, Low-doc, 80% LVR

Husband and wife applicants, self-employed in 1) Courier Business since Jul 2012, AND 2)Beauty business since Oct 12. Only business banking statements can be provided at this stage. Total deposits over last 12 months: $160K (approx).

- Purchase of first home value $520k in metro VIC.
- Applicants: husband & wife (both are 39 years old) & 1 dependant.
- Income to declare at 50%-60% of total deposits as in business bank statements ($80k - $95k approx). The accountant is gone for holiday and we need the approval by next Monday so there will be no accountant letter available for this application.
- Clear CRAA
- Other liabilities: a credit card with limit of $1K.

Please let me know if this deal is doable to any lender. Application is ready to submit asap.

    Liberty Financial will verify income from bank statements and they can do processing within a day if it really has to happen.
