In his time working on commercial fi nance at ANZ, BDM Renato Sanzo has dealt with all manner of businesses, from start-ups to corporate clients. “There are not many opportunities or businesses that I haven’t seen before,” he says.
The key to dealing with all of them is being approachable, responsive and accurate, Sanzo says. “Being able to provide a clear solution/option for the broker is what I believe makes the diff erence.”
Sanzo covers all things commercial, so when a broker comes to him he knows the bank’s appetite and policy through and through.
He prides himself on being able to provide a quick, accurate response, “and if I can’t answer it myself, I will speak to someone who can and get back to the broker with a solution or option”.
