Young employees are often thought of as inferior to their older counterparts. Is this unfair?
What a load of rubbish. Find me a client of mine who doesn't love the fact they can come to me, someone with 35yrs experience, who charges them NO fee, who does all the looking around for them, someone who will answer the phone every time they call (and not to an overseas call centre where every time you call you speak to a different person), return all their emails (usually within a few hours)and gets them a better deal than if they had gone from bank to bank, not really knowing what they want. This remuneration review will turn out to be just another waste of my taxes, that is likely to sit on a shelf gathering dust, as it will inevitably show how great brokers are (and reports like this never see the light of day, because that is not what all the lefties wanted it to show).
