What is ActivePipe and how is it shaking up the mortgage sector?
ActivePipe is a predictive data data discovery and Saas platform currently specializing in the real estate vertical. It is not a CRM. ActivePipe is a CRM agnostic “plug-in”. Data is captured via automated email communication systems tailored to, and by, individual interactions and interests. 

ActivePipe also features a brilliantly simple but comprehensive Email Newsletter Creation Module that accommodates recipient manageable RSS feeds.This Module is open to all business sectors.

ActivePipe sends millions of emails per week to people that have an ongoing interest in property, and/or are currently looking to buy and/or sell. There is no equivalent in the market when compared to ActivePipe's demographic-specificity

A client-wide open rate of 50% speaks to the appeal of ActivePipe’s communications. Clearly there is no greater alignment available to the mortgage sector than embedded cross-promotion via ActivePipe’s tailored real estate communications. I will provide statistical validation of the efficacy of our product as we continue. 

How does ActivePipe work?
As stated earlier, ActivePipe ‘plugs-in’ to a client’s CRM ...or database. ActivePipe automatically communicates to both new and existing contacts specific to the areas of interest identified of, or by the contact.

Content and pathways are dynamically aligned to a contact’s interaction-based interests. Where interaction interpretation algorithms identify a contact as a potential purchaser, communications with cross-promotion of mortgage finance are directed to the contact.

How does it ease communication between real estate agents and brokers?
As contacts engage with the ActivePipe cross-promotional communications, both agents and brokers are directly emailed with contacts that have displayed an interest in a mortgage broking service OR, have specifically requested an appointment/consultation.

These emails are automated and provide clear evidence and audit trails of the source of the lead generation. ActivePipe can also provide direct API integration into a Broker’s CRM system.
 
What value is in it for brokers? What results can they expect?
It is our understanding that leads via digital lead generation platforms such as Google can cost (on average) up to a $1000 per lead. Our cost is less than 20% of that figure.

A 4-week period spanning February/March comprising 201 clients (offices) yielded the following results:
•    11,673 Leads (engaged with Mortgage specific communications)
•     572 Requests for appointments/consultations

An appointment request means that the contact has completed a form detailing Name, Email and Mobile and clicking the “Request a Consultation” button.
