How often do you see brokers in a week?    
Every day I see between 2 and 5 brokers depending on location

What do brokers want most from you?    
Availability, good service and quick responses to inquiries

What is your favourite part of the job?    
Assisting brokers for the benefit of our shared client

What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?    
Their commitment and professionalism in everything they do - from ensuring that they are offering the client the best possible option through to ensuring that their presentation of an application to us, the lender, assists the Bank in ensuring a smooth assessment, and progression through to settlement. Overall the best brokers take great pride in what they do and ensure that they do it well.

Describe your ideal weekend    
Leisurely!

What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?    
There are many and varied scenarios but none I would call “strange!” . . . . .yet!

How do you like your steak done?    
Happily grazing in the meadows . . . . . I am vegetarian!
