How often do you see brokers in a week?
I’m on the road 4 days a week and try to see at least 15 of my brokers in a week
 
What do brokers want most from you?
Being responsive and accessible is probably the biggest thing that my brokers want. Knowledge and adding value is also important
 
What is your favourite part of the job?

I love getting to know my brokers’ businesses and understand what their goals and objectives are so I can tailor my approach to provide the appropriate support to help them achieve these
 
What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?
They are all highly driven and have well defined structures and processes in place that are scaleable
 
Describe your ideal weekend:
Golf, beach, camping, catching up with family and friends
 
What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?
Too many to mention!!
 
How do you like your steak done?
