Lenders Wanted

NSW, $450K, Owner occupied, Purchase, Full-doc, 90% LVR

My clients wants to buy their first home and have enough income to borrow the required amount. However husband/Applicant 2 wasn't working from June 2012 till June 2014 and he re started his job with same employer in July 2014 as a full time permanent. Is there any lender who will consider this scenario?

Yes Liberty will look at this, depending on his reason for not working and history of all loans and defaults if problems occurred while not working.

Thanks everyone for these excellent comments - they're exactly what we're looking for.

Given that his employment is with same employer, wondering about the reason for 2 year break. With valid reason, quite a few banks will take, CBA for one, comes to mind. Also, what's the contribution required from the applicant 2 for servicing.

    Good luck...
