This is a Favourable Purchase from a wife to family trust and trustees being husband and his mother. So basically husband is paying wife out. The property is an investment and current value is approx. $440K with existing loan of $214K. The requried loan amount is $300K.
What is the best product I can offer for basic 3 years Fixed with Interest Only for borrowing entity as a Family Trust? Only requirement is they want to have a separate transactional account, but not a package product.
