Looking to purchase running Childcare service. Freehold premises (+ rental house on property) is $700,000. Business purchase is $1.1m. I have three properties combined value, $1,715,000, mortgaged at $1,125,000; plus combined Super of $250,000. Business PL is at $300,000 PBIT last three years. I have equity shortfall for mainstream banks but looking to find high LVR lender or other creative solution. Have signed contract and in 30 day approval period so need to move quickly.
