Tax returns 2011 & 2012 ready.

    I should be able to do this through a Bank at approximately 5.41%.
    Maximum LVR = 80%.
    Explanation as to paid default required.
    Last 3 months bank account evidencing rental income (if Private).
    Serviceability evidenced by last 2 years Tax Returns.
