I am looking for a lender who will do 95% non gen and capitalise the loan mortgage for construction.

    This could potentially be a deal, where is the deposit coming from?

    Do they have any savings at all i.e. 3% + gift to make up the 5%?

    Can Cap LMI and do Construction @ 95% + LMI.

    I need to know more about the deal!

    If you convert the construction contract to an off the plan purchase where a single payment is made once complete, you will have a greater choice of lenders. Construction makes it almost to difficult,
