Client looking to purchase an investment and wants to cap LMI on top of the 95%. They have an owner occupied property with greater than 10% equity

    I'd be careful. This is an Adelaide Bank product and they only do 95+ LMI for owner occupied purchases, not investment

    I can do 95% + LMI up to max loan of 100%.
    Rate 5.29% variable or 4.89% 1 or 2 years fixed, 5.19% 3 yrs fixed
    100% offset account (Even if fully fixed).
    30 year term, 10 yrs interest only.
    $0 monthly or annual fees
    Valuation $264 + legal $380 + settlement fee$150
    Can pay extra $20K per annum to fixed rate loan (With redraw) or use offset account for greater if required.
    Can combine with LOC 5.49% + $20K credit card at home loan rates. Credit card is outsode of LVR calculations and can be used in fully at settlement to reduce LMI payable.
